The Middle of the Day
You are allowed to start the day again at one o'clock.
There is a habit of writing off a whole day by half past nine. The alarm went late, the email landed, the exchange in the kitchen went badly — and that is the day decided.
The day has not been decided. It has had one poor hour, and the rest are still unaccounted for.
Whatever this morning was, it was only the morning. The afternoon has not heard about it yet.
This page is not help, and I am not qualified to give it.
If you are struggling, please ring one of these. Both are better at it than anything on the internet, this page included.
This one is on starting again. It is the first.
