The Middle of the Day

The week does not have to be
finished to be over.

By Friday afternoon there is usually a list of what did not get done. The email you meant to send. The job you moved from Monday to Wednesday, and then to next week.

It is easy to carry that list into the weekend and let it sit on your shoulder all Saturday.

But no week was ever finished. There was always something left over, last week and the week before, and you got through those. The unfinished things will still be there on Monday, and two days left alone will not have made them any worse.

Do what you can this afternoon. Then let the week be over, finished or not.

This page is not help, and I am not qualified to give it.

If you are struggling, please ring one of these. Both are better at it than anything on the internet, this page included.

This one is on ordinary days. There are four others.
