The Middle of the Day
A quick answer is not
the same as a good one.
There is a speed we have all quietly started working at. The message arrives, the clock starts, and by the middle of the afternoon you are answering things faster than you are thinking about them.
Most of it does not need that. The one that reads as urgent usually is not. The question somebody sent at half nine will keep until three, and your answer will be the better for the wait — clearer, kinder, less shaped by whatever mood the morning left behind.
The only thing a fast reply reliably proves is that you were free.
Pick one of the messages waiting on you and leave it until after lunch. See whether anything is lost.
This page is not help, and I am not qualified to give it.
If you are struggling, please ring one of these. Both are better at it than anything on the internet, this page included.
